However, if this is not the case, we will refund an item you are unhappy with, within 7 days of receiving\u00a0your\u00a0order. The item must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.<\/p><p>Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact,\u00a0perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault. Please see our jewellery care instructions on how to properly care for your items.<\/p><p>We kindly ask customers to read the descriptions of each item carefully before selecting ( material, length etc.) also make sure to choose the correct size as exchanges will not be offered for them.<\/p><p>Please note, before making a purchase that any item returned\u00a0may take up to\u00a07\u00a0days\u00a0to be refunded back to you.\u00a0If there is any fault with your item please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the goods.\u00a0<\/p><p>When returning items to us, please ensure the item you wish to return, is unused and in the same condition that you received it in.\u00a0It must also be in the original\u00a0packaging\u00a0provided.\u00a0Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.\u00a0<\/p><p>International Returns<br \/>As an International customer you can\u00a0return\u00a0your parcel using any postal service.
